[via Embrace the Moon Taijiquan & Qigong] New York Times reports on results from a new study: http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/03/18/tai-chi-eases-depression-in-elderly This study shows that Tai Chi is more effective in reducing depression in elderly than health education class, and both are much more effective than antidepressant.
