On May 1 – 3, family, friends, students, and fellow martial artists will be gathering at the Qingzhou Institute for Taiji Martial Arts to celebrate Grandmaster Chen Qingzhou’s 80th birthday. In conjunction to the birthday celebrations, the First Zungu Taiji Elite Conference will be held at the Qingzhou Institute in Wenxian, Henan, China. The events are commissioned by the Jiaozuo Municipal Center for the Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and jointly hosted by the Qingzhou Institute of Wenxian and the U.S. Chen Qingzhou Martial Arts Association.
